Needs Identification:
IvyBrain works with companies to identify their specific need for an expert based on evaluation of their unique challenges. The expertise required could be industry related or technology specific, in a business function or an emerging market. The project scope is defined and a budget is established.

Search for Experts:
A dedicated account executive searches the IvyBrain database of BrainJuice and obtains approval from the selected expert to be presented to the client. If the required expertise is not currently available, IvyBrain commences a search to bring the required expertise to the table.

Selection and Contract:
IvyBrain presents identified experts, their rates and availability, and their background information. Clients select the expert, execute the contract, and commence the project. Each experts sets their own compensation rate and payment type.

Feedback:
At the end of the project IvyBrain conducts a client survey to determine the success of the project. The survey results become part of the experts’ testimonials on IvyBrain.
